CG’s new Glitter Crackles!
I grabbed Gleam Me Up and Luminous Lavender
“Zags and Crosses”
The glitter used is from CG’s new Prismatic Collection called Optical Illusion.
China Glaze’s new Prismatic collection!! Chrome glitter extravaganza!
I got Ray-Diant (thumb), Polarized (middle and pinky fingers), and Optical Illusion (pointer and ring fingers)
The other three I have not purchased are Liquid Crystal, Prism, and Full Spectrum.
Initially I thought Ray-Diant and Polarized were the same. They look the same in the bottle. Polarized however is much more silver than Ray-Diant that has a more clear base. Optical Illusion has a blue base and has the same minute and round glitters as the other two mentioned.
Liquid Crystal has a darker blue base than Optical Illusion. Prism is a light lavender base, and Full Spectrum has a pale lavender base. All of them are of course glitterfied!
I used Essie’s Long Stem Roses as the BG and LA Colors for the glitter gradient
My friend showed me a video of someone making a nail polish rack. She gave me an idea of something to do over spring break. And here it is. My finished polish rack with my growing collection. I spent around $15 making it using foam boards. I used A LOT of glue sticks just to make sure that everything was sticking together.
My Hunger Games polishes. I only chose the ones I like from the collection. I currently have:
Fast Track- nude-y, taupe-y color with tiny gold specs
Riveting- semi dark bright orange with tiny gold specs
Luxe and Lash- flakies with a milky clear base
Electrify- gold and red glitter on a clear base
Stone Cold- matte black with silver specs
Smoke and Ashes- black with green, blue, and silver specs
These are the ones that I felt I could rock and are not in my current collection. I would love to have them all but I don’t think some of the colors would work with my skin color. I may return for Agro (dark green) though.
